crypterefills provides a digital marketplace for purchasing gift cards, eSIMs, and mobile top-up services using cryptocurrency. All products are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we suspect are being used fraudulently.
All prices are displayed in USD and may be paid in supported cryptocurrencies at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on-chain. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price displayed at checkout.
Digital products are delivered instantly to your registered email upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code or eSIM has been delivered and accessed. If you experience a delivery failure or receive an invalid code, contact our support team within 48 hours for resolution.
All content on the crypterefills platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the exclusive property of crypterefills or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to conduct fraud, to launder money, or to purchase products for resale without our prior written consent. Any attempt to manipulate pricing, circumvent security measures, or abuse promotional codes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. crypterefills does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages affecting the use of purchased gift cards or eSIMs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crypterefills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crypterefills is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
